Well, quite a long list, but seeing as im too lazy to read all those new weps/armors

I would just use the following ones :

All the bandos Items,

The tri items (like gs and spear..i love those babies, fuken pwn)

Ninja set

Claws (ALL of them, like supreme and stuff, though i would suggest, that u need def for the custom claws as they would ruin pure pking)

The custom GS(barek and so on)

Now Items I would not want :

Ghostly Barrows,

God Scimitar (the model just fails, it a gold colored scim with like 400+ str bonus)

Godbows (either their stats are made so low that they uber fail, or their too good, so they ruin pking for ALL lvs)

And the new Npc Customs shud wait, becuz they often make servers lagg, so a vps shud be inplace b4 they are added

uhh he owns a vps....

And A lot of them i did not read
